I was fortunate to stay in a lovely corner room which offered breathtaking views, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by the wonderful staff member, Tuyen Thai. The room itself was exquisite, though not quite on par with the Sheraton in Danang. I found the space, water pressure, and lighting to be entirely satisfactory.

The Studio room was small but well-appointed and certainly big enough for two of us. The new carpeting in the room added a nice touch. However, the room size could be seen as small for a 5-star Sheraton. The hotel provided incredible service to us and other guests, with very friendly and helpful staff.
